President Ronald Reagan Died Today

It is hard to ignore the fact that President Ronald Reagan, only the fifth president in the twentieth century to be elected to two terms in office, had a huge impact on America and the makeup of the entire global community. One important example: he was key in the breakup of the former Soviet Union. President Reagan died today, June 5, 2004, at the age of 93. He will be remembered as a good-natured person and great communicator who rose to power and served in the highest office in the United States.
